We build decks
on new housing all over London and we were the first decking Company
to build decks under the NHBC 10 year warranty on new housing. Wates,
Barratts, Octagon, Carrillion, Amec, are all clients of ours and
we carry out decking up to a value of £100,000 per contract.

construction methods or simply which wood to choose. We can quickly
provide you with budget costs based on the simplest of drawings,
through to detailed costings based on a final Bill of Quantities.

Barratt Homes, Weybridge, executive homes (NHBC). Value £19,000 
Spice Quay, London. 60 apartment balconies, roof terraces and 300 square
metre deck for restaurants, all in hardwood. Value £92,000 
Triple-decker school playground deck in wooded conservation area for Kingston
Borough Council. Special care was required to dig and lay over 80 concrete
footings in the woodland without damaging the tree roots.
