Hardwood Feature Decks.

Nothing beats the luxury look of a hardwood deck. Whether in rugged Balau, traditional solid Oak, refined Iroko or lustrous Mahogany, the look of hardwood is unique.

Most hardwood decking will only keep it's original colour if it is regularly re-oiled. Left alone, some hardwoods weather to silver-grey. Others get darker with age. You decide how you want your deck.

All hardwood decks cost more than pine. The wood is slower growing and more expensive. The method of fixing utilises more costly elements and wasteage in cutting can be greater. Typically a hardwood deck will be at least 50% more expensive than pine, or in the case of solid oak, three times the price. But what price luxury?
